Today, I’m joined by Eroll Doebler. His new book is called The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership: How Leaders Inspire Confidence and Clarity in Combat, in the Boardroom, and at the Kitchen Table.

The book is his reflection, as well as a practical guide, on leadership based on not only his unique experiences, but of all the mistakes he made along the way.

In the book, he references his experiences as a Navy SEAL, FBI Special Agent, Founder of his leadership consulting firm (Leader 193), and father as a basis for his leadership process. He uses his experience as a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor to show how breathing and cold exposure can be used as an intellectual tool to practice the elements of his leadership process.

If you’re a dad who needs support in your relationships and are looking to make a greater impact in the world, I would love to hear from you.
